Description
Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is exclusively produced in vinegar cellars located in the province of Modena and Reggio Emilia, using vinegars and musts coming from the 7 most cultivated vineyards of Emilia Romagna, which are specifically selected in order to ensure perfect acidity and sugar content. It ripens in oakwood containers, which give it its typical aroma of wood.
